I'm a mountain biker myself and know full well the injuries that can be incurred - you're lucky to have gotten away so easily!! I stopped riding 'clipped in' after I wrecked my knee from not being able to unclip in time!! Enjoy the second part of your trip. Will you be spending much time in Europe? And then where to? We are flying to Sydney from Frankfurt. We will be living in Sydney for a month, while I work a little and we take some weekend trips. After my work ends in mid October, we will travel a bit more in Australia before heading to New Zealand. From New Zealand our plans are kind of blurry right now. We are definitly going to Thailand (hoping the political issues clear up) and Cambodia. We are unsure what else we are going to do. It all depends on money and the cost of plane tickets.
